Payment
Payment can be made by:
- Visa and MasterCard,
- Prepayment by direct deposit,
- Prepayment by cheque or postal order (Australia only) [May take up to 5 days for clearance].
Shipping
We ship anywhere within Australia (mainly via Australia Post) and to most international locations (surcharge might apply). Approximate delivery times for Australia is 1-3 business days, New Zealand (air-mail) 3-5 business days and other parts of the world (air-mail) 5-14 days.
Customers are responsible for any freight charges incurred by refused or unclaimed shipments.
Warranty
No warranty, implied or otherwise, is provided on the contents of the products. We will only replace defective media, and proper return authorisation must be obtained.
Refunds
We will give you a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned (at your cost - please insure the parcel) in a re-saleable condition, and that they do not fall in the following categories:
- Any CD-R products,
- Any commercial software or software including a commercial component that has been opened.
Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and proper return authorisation must be obtained. Refund will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions.
