Enhance your speaker system with the Vonyx WSD74 silk dome tweeter. This 74mm driver delivers precise, clear high-frequency reproduction thanks to its soft silk dome, neodymium magnet, laminate technology and durable ABS faceplate. Ideal for replacement builds and hi-fi applications, the WSD74 provides smooth, controlled treble that brings definition and clarity to any audio setup.
The Vonyx WSD74 is a compact 74mm silk dome tweeter engineered to deliver smooth, detailed high frequencies in custom speaker builds and hi-fi upgrades. Whether you're refreshing an ageing speaker cabinet or designing a new system for a venue, studio or home listening space, this driver adds the essential top-end clarity that brings music and speech to life.
At the heart of the WSD74 is a soft silk dome paired with laminate technology, producing precise and controlled treble reproduction across a frequency range of 1400Hz to 20kHz. The neodymium magnet and 25mm voice coil work together to maintain efficiency and accuracy, while the 90dB sensitivity ensures it performs well even in moderate-power setups without sounding harsh.
Its black ABS faceplate keeps the installation neat and unobtrusive, making it a practical choice for both replacement jobs and new speaker designs. With a mounting diameter of 57.5mm and a shallow 14mm mounting depth, the tweeter fits easily into tight spaces without compromising cabinet integrity.
Perfect for pro AV technicians, installers and serious audio enthusiasts across Australia, the WSD74 earns its place in DJ booths, small venue systems, recording monitors and home hi-fi where clean, extended highs are non-negotiable. Its 8 Ohm impedance integrates seamlessly with most standard crossovers and amplifiers, simplifying the upgrade path.
