952.168 - Power Dynamics PRS360 100V Slave Amplifier 360W
The Power Dynamics PRS360 delivers 360W of clean, high-headroom audio as a reliable 100V slave amplifier. Designed for seamless integration with PRM-series systems or standalone use, it supports both 8Ω low-impedance and 100V line outputs with flexible 24V emergency battery operation. Rack-mountable in just 2U with comprehensive protection circuits, it is the perfect expansion solution for commercial audio installations across Australia.
The Power Dynamics PRS360 is a robust 360W slave amplifier built to expand the reach and reliability of 100V line or low-impedance commercial sound systems. Whether you're adding extra zones to an existing PRM-series setup in a shopping centre, convention venue or large office, or driving a standalone loudspeaker array, this amplifier delivers consistent, clean power exactly where it's needed.
Its dual-output design lets you choose 8Ω for direct speaker runs or 100V line for long-distance distributed audio without signal loss, making it equally at home in warehouses, schools, houses of worship and evacuation-critical environments. The wide 50Hz–18kHz frequency response and low distortion ensure every announcement and background music track remains clear and intelligible across the venue.
Installation is straightforward thanks to the included 19” rack brackets and compact 2U chassis. An adjustable line input with gain control allows fast matching to any source, while front-panel LEDs provide instant visual confirmation of operation. For life-safety compliance, the rear panel includes a 24V DC battery input (battery not supplied) so emergency messages continue even during mains power failure.
Engineered for 24/7 operation, the PRS360 features full protection against overheating, short circuits and power-on surges, safeguarding both the amplifier and connected loudspeakers. At 11.6 kg and supplied with a power cable, it arrives ready for immediate deployment into your next commercial audio project.
