FA-HF204-8
Faital Pro HF204 8 Ohm high-frequency driver offers 108 dB sensitivity and 80 W AES power above 0.9 kHz. It covers 0.5 to 18 kHz with a 65 mm voice coil, 0.9 kHz minimum crossover, Ketone Polymer dome diaphragm, annular phase plug and Neodymium Slug Crown magnet. Throat diameter is 50.8 mm.
Built for professional loudspeaker systems that demand clear, high-output performance, the Faital Pro HF204 8 Ohm compression driver handles the upper frequencies with precision and reliability.
Its compact 2-inch throat fits neatly into horn-loaded enclosures used in fixed installations, portable PA arrays and stage monitoring setups. The driver maintains consistent output across large venues or smaller performance spaces where vocal clarity and transient detail matter most.
With a frequency response reaching from 0.5 kHz up to 18 kHz and a minimum crossover point of 0.9 kHz, the HF204 integrates cleanly with mid-bass drivers. The 108 dB sensitivity rating means less amplifier power is needed to achieve high SPL, while the 80 W AES rating above 0.9 kHz provides solid headroom for dynamic program material.
Inside, a 65 mm voice coil wound on a Kapton former drives a Ketone Polymer dome diaphragm. An annular phase plug and Neodymium Slug Crown magnet assembly keep the unit lightweight at just 2.3 kg yet capable of strong flux density for accurate high-frequency reproduction.
