Outline SUPERFLY 3-way DPRWG Line-Array Enclosure
The Outline SUPERFLY 3-way DPRWG line-array enclosure is engineered for touring professionals, uniting high output with class-leading clarity in an ultra-compact footprint. This fully active, quad-amplified element delivers 155 dB peak SPL while weighing just 38 kg. It features two individually powered 10″ woofers, twin 8″ mid drivers and a 3″ DPRWG-loaded compression driver for seamless full-range reproduction from 50 Hz to 20 kHz. Optimised by Outline’s GTA DSP platform for maximum headroom and phase-perfect coherence, the 90° horizontal coverage minimises fill speakers. Identical rigging to the Mantas 28 allows effortless down-fill pairing, with precise 0°-7.5° splay angles in 0.25° steps. The rugged Baltic birch enclosure includes integrated aluminium hardware and ships two per 79 kg carton.
The Outline SUPERFLY is a high-output, ultra-compact line array element engineered for demanding touring, festival and venue applications where both power and precision matter. Its three-way, quad-amplified architecture delivers exceptional clarity and headroom while remaining surprisingly light at just 38 kg per cabinet, making it ideal for fast-turnaround corporate events, theatres and outdoor productions.
At the heart of the SUPERFLY are two individually powered 10-inch low-frequency drivers, twin 8-inch midrange units and a 3-inch compression driver loaded with Outline’s advanced DPRWG waveguide. This combination produces a smooth, full-range response from 50 Hz all the way to 20 kHz, often removing the need for additional subwoofers in many scenarios. With 143 dB SPL from a single box and up to 155 dB when four are flown, the system has serious dynamic range for both intimate and large-scale shows.
System tuning is handled by Outline’s proven GTA DSP platform, ensuring every driver stays in perfect phase alignment and maximum headroom is maintained across the entire array. The 90-degree horizontal coverage pattern is wide enough to minimise the requirement for side-fill speakers in most venues, while the cabinet’s identical rigging hardware to the Mantas 28 allows effortless integration as down-fill or near-field complements.
Rigging is quick and intuitive thanks to integrated high-load aluminium hardware and precise splay angles adjustable from 0° to 7.5° in 0.5° increments plus a 0.25° fine setting. This level of control lets audio engineers tailor vertical dispersion to suit everything from narrow concert halls to wide festival stages. Two cabinets ship in a single compact 79 kg carton, dramatically reducing transport volume and labour on the road.
Built from rugged Baltic birch with a durable black polyurea finish and military-grade LKI8 connectors, the SUPERFLY is ready for the toughest conditions while remaining easy for smaller crews to deploy with confidence. Whether you are building a compact corporate system or scaling up for a major outdoor event, this line array element consistently delivers world-class audio with minimal compromise.
