CAT5SLU05
The Proel CAT5SLU05 LAN5S is a premium 0.5m Cat 5e S-FTP professional cable built for reliable AV and data transmission in demanding live, install and hire environments. Manufactured with tough PUR jacket material and shielded construction, it is terminated with high-quality Hirose shielded TM21DP Series RJ45 plugs and Neutrik NE8MC1 carriers for maximum durability and signal integrity. Ideal for rack-to-rack patching, stage networking or critical data runs where cable performance cannot be compromised.
In professional AV and live production environments, signal integrity and cable reliability are non-negotiable. The Proel CAT5SLU05 LAN5S delivers exactly that in a compact 0.5-metre length, making it the perfect choice for tight rack patching, stage boxes or short-run network connections where every centimetre counts.
Built on a Cat 5e S-FTP cable with a rugged PUR jacket, this assembly shrugs off the rough handling typical of touring, hire fleets and permanent installations. The PUR outer provides superior flexibility and abrasion resistance compared with standard PVC, ensuring the cable stays looking and performing like new even after repeated use.
Termination is handled by premium Hirose shielded TM21DP Series RJ45 plugs paired with Neutrik NE8MC1 carriers. This combination guarantees excellent EMI rejection and rock-solid mechanical connections that you can trust in critical data paths for lighting, audio-over-IP, video or control networks.
Whether you are building a compact stage kit, outfitting a corporate event system or maintaining a venue’s backbone infrastructure, these short, high-spec Proel cables earn their place in every serious AV technician’s toolbox.
