CAT5SLU1
The Proel CAT5SLU1 LAN5S is a premium 1.0m Cat5e S-FTP professional cable designed for reliable AV and networking performance in demanding environments. Built with a tough PUR jacket and shielded construction, it is terminated with high-quality Hirose shielded TM21DP Series RJ45 plugs and Neutrik NE8MC1 carriers for maximum signal integrity and durability. Ideal for pro AV hire, installations, and live events across Australia where cable integrity matters.
Built for the harsh realities of professional AV work, the Proel CAT5SLU1 LAN5S delivers uncompromising signal quality in a compact 1-metre package. This Cat5e S-FTP cable is engineered to keep your critical data flowing cleanly whether you're patching stage racks, linking network switches in a venue install, or connecting control surfaces in a busy DJ booth.
The tough PUR outer jacket shrugs off abrasion, oils and repeated flexing far better than standard cables, making it a favourite with Australian hire companies and installers who need gear that survives the truck pack every weekend. Inside, full shielding protects against interference in electrically noisy environments such as festivals, corporate events and permanent installations.
Termination is where this cable really stands out: each end features premium Hirose shielded TM21DP Series RJ45 plugs housed in robust Neutrik NE8MC1 carriers. These components ensure excellent strain relief, secure locking and long-term reliability you can trust when the job simply has to work first time.
At just one metre, the CAT5SLU1 is perfect for short, tidy connections where excess cable creates clutter or signal degradation. Whether you're building a clean stage patch, linking devices in a compact control room, or maintaining a professional AV network, this Proel cable offers the performance and build quality that keeps shows running smoothly and installations looking sharp.
