The Axiom SW18A compact powered subwoofer provides extended low frequency response for ED series loudspeakers. It features an 18 inch woofer with moisture resistant glass fibre reinforced cone and 4 inch voice coil housed in a 15mm phenolic birch plywood cabinet with pole mount socket, heavy duty wheels and recessed handles. Powered by a 2000W Class D amplifier module with SMPS and 96kHz 40 bit CORE DSP processing with PRONET remote control.
The Axiom SW18A delivers tight, extended bass that anchors any ED series point-source system in live events, fixed installs and mobile DJ setups. Its vented enclosure houses a purpose-built 18-inch driver with a stiff, water-repellent cone and a 4-inch voice coil held true by a double centering spider, even during extreme excursions.
Inside the 15 mm phenolic birch cabinet sits a 2000 W Class D module with digitally controlled SMPS. The variable switching frequency keeps distortion low while delivering the headroom needed for sudden dynamic peaks, all in a package that remains light and efficient.
Advanced CORE DSP runs at 96 kHz with 40-bit floating-point resolution, offering four quick-access presets plus full remote EQ, delay and monitoring over a reliable CANBUS network using PRONET software. Signal integrity stays pristine thanks to high-quality 24-bit converters and dynamic range exceeding 110 dB.
Practical touches make daily use simple: a 35 mm pole-mount socket lets you fly an ED top above the sub, recessed handles and heavy-duty castors speed load-outs, and interlocking feet ensure stable ground stacks without extra hardware.

A2: While we do do sales, we are predominantly a hire company so we do have some stock on hand but we dont have a storefront. If you'd like to get a demo on some equipment please call and we'll arrange an appointment to see the equipment if we have it available.

A3: We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA or direct deposit.

Q5: When do I receive my order?
A5: Most orders are dispatched from Melbourne but some orders are dispatched from warehouses located in different states of Australia, sometimes items are sourced directly from suppliers. Delivery time will depend on the shipping country and address.
