FA-HF1006
The Faital Pro HF1006 8 Ohm 1-inch compression driver features a 25.4 mm throat, 1 to 20 kHz frequency range and 110 dB sensitivity at 1W/1m. It provides 60 W AES power handling and 120 W maximum with a 1 kHz minimum crossover. The driver uses a 44 mm aluminium voice coil on a Kapton former, Ketone Polymer annular diaphragm and Neodymium Ring magnet.
The Faital Pro HF1006 delivers crisp high-frequency output for professional loudspeaker designs where clarity and efficiency matter most. Its compact build suits horn-loaded enclosures in fixed installs, portable PA systems and stage monitoring setups.
With a 1 kHz minimum crossover point the driver integrates cleanly into two-way or three-way cabinets, letting the mid-bass drivers handle the lower frequencies while the HF1006 takes over for articulate vocals and cymbals. The 25.4 mm throat matches standard 1-inch horns without adapters.
Inside, a 44 mm aluminium voice coil wound on a Kapton former drives a Ketone Polymer annular diaphragm. This combination maintains consistent performance even during extended high-output sessions. The Neodymium Ring magnet keeps overall weight to just 775 g, an advantage when rigging line arrays or flown clusters.
Power handling reaches 60 W AES continuous and 120 W peak, backed by 110 dB sensitivity. That efficiency means less amplifier headroom is required to achieve the desired SPL in medium to large venues.
Installers and system designers value the driver’s straightforward mounting: two M6 holes on a 76 mm diameter circle and a total depth of only 39 mm allow tight packing inside slim enclosures. The 1 to 20 kHz response covers the critical vocal presence range through to air frequencies without additional filtering.
